School leaders are invited to join us for a webinar training on special education hearings, part of our 2025-2026 KingSpry Lunch and Learn season.
Led by Special Education Law Practice Group Chair Rebecca Young and Education Law Practice Group Chair Kristine Roddick, participants in this session will gain an overview of the legal framework governing special education due process hearings, including pre-hearing procedures, timelines, burden of proof, and effective documentation practices. This session is designed to help administrators and special education teams prepare for and respond to legal challenges.
Webinar is free of charge for clients and friends and will be held via Zoom. Registration is required.
