School leaders are invited to join us for a webinar training on student residency issues, part of our 2025-2026 KingSpry Lunch and Learn season.
Presented by Education Law Practice Group attorneys Jessica Moyer and Paige Gross, this session will review the legal standards under the McKinney-Vento Act and state residency laws, focusing on enrollment rights, dispute resolution, and the role of school personnel in identifying and supporting homeless students.
Practical tips for compliance and communication with families will also be addressed.
Webinar is free of charge for clients and friends and will be held via Zoom. Registration is required.
