Labor/Employment Attorney

A successful candidate will possess at least three years of employment and labor law experience. Candidate should have a strong employment litigation background, be capable of working independently, be a self-starter, have strong resolution facilitation skills, and work effectively with clients and others in the firm. Experience in public-sector bargaining, including negotiating CBAs and conducting fact-findings, arbitrations, mediations, and representing all or any of the following public bodies or their employees – schools, police, and municipalities is a plus but not a requirement.
Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Ideally, the candidate would have their own book of business, but this is not a prerequisite.
Job Type: Full-time, In-office for the first 90 days, a hybrid model thereafter.

Associate Attorney

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and research skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents in both English and Spanish.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel, clients, and other stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Manage and oversee case files from inception to resolution.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality client service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry practices.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in PA in good standing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Trial experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
