Real Estate Law Paralegal
KingSpry is seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of paralegal experience, with a strong background in real estate transactions and title insurance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to approach problems from a new perspective, the ability to work independently, and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open real estate transaction files, including ordering title searches and tax certifications
- Draft and review title commitments, title documents, title objection letters, deeds, and settlement statements
- Analyze title reports to determine title insurance requirements and identify potential issues
- Conduct legal research
- Maintain and organize real estate transactions and files
- Utilize real estate software
- Track and manage transaction timelines and contractual deadlines
- Schedule and coordinate settlements with clients, sellers, realtors, and lenders
- Coordinate and conduct real estate settlements and signings
- Communicate professionally with clients, sellers, realtors, and lenders
- Track post-closing items and escrows
- Provide general real estate and administrative support to attorneys
- Manage billing, time entry, and other clerical tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in a real estate law or title insurance
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and title insurance
- Experience coordinating residential and/or commercial real estate closings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in LexisNexis/Westlaw
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and proofreading ability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to client service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate, Associate’s degree or higher
- Familiarity with title insurance software and real estate closings
Working Conditions:
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (35-hour work week)
- In-office during initial training period (typically 90 to 180 days), followed by a hybrid schedule
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet client deadlines

Adoption & Family Law Paralegal

Labor/Employment Attorney
KingSpry Law Offices, an award-winning workplace, seeks to fill a full-time employment labor attorney position. In addition to being an equal opportunity employer, KingSpry offers a competitive salary, substantial benefits package, PTO, and hybrid work schedules.
A successful candidate will possess at least three years of employment and labor law experience. Candidate should have a strong employment litigation background, be capable of working independently, be a self-starter, have strong resolution facilitation skills, and work effectively with clients and others in the firm. Experience in public-sector bargaining, including negotiating CBAs and conducting fact-findings, arbitrations, mediations, and representing all or any of the following public bodies or their employees – schools, police, and municipalities is a plus but not a requirement.
Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Ideally, the candidate would have their own book of business, but this is not a prerequisite.
Job Type: Full-time, In-office for the first 90 days, a hybrid model thereafter.
