School leaders are invited to join us for a webinar training on employee discipline, part of our 2025-2026 KingSpry Lunch and Learn season.
We’ll explore the legal requirements and procedural safeguards involved in employee discipline within school settings. Topics include progressive discipline, due process, investigations, and common pitfalls that can lead to grievances or litigation. Employment Law Practice Group Chair Avery Smith will lead the discussion.
