In this workshop, Education Attorneys Alyssa Hicks and Paige Gross review the basics of student discipline for regular education and special education teams.
This workshop addressed how school districts can develop legally-defensible practices, procedures, policies and guidelines regarding the discipline of both regular education students and students with disabilities under the IDEA and Section 504.
