The Pennsylvania Weapon Incident Notification Act (Act 44), signed into law in November 2025, requires schools to notify parents, guardians, and employees of weapon-related incidents on school property or at school-sponsored activities.
In this special Lunch & Learn webinar, KingSpry Education attorneys Kristine Roddick and Jonathan Huerta will answer some of the most important legal and practical questions districts have as they prepare for Act 44 which takes effect in a few short weeks on January 5, 2026.
