Termination Hearings

FreeKingSpry CLE Workshop
In this session, attorney Sarah Modrick will explore how to manage termination hearings.
We will discuss relevant sections of the Pennsylvania School Code, the difference between different types of employees in a school setting, as well as procedures for an investigatory meeting, Loudermill, statement of charges, notice of hearing and more.
This workshop will be held live in Greyfriars Conference Center at the KingSpry law offices in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The course is free of charge, but space is limited and registration is required. Please contact Kathy Riess at 610-332-0390 ext 257 to sign up.
