Attorney Schultz is is a civil litigator who handles matters involving business disputes, trust and estate litigation, and employment discrimination.
He represents clients before state and federal courts and is skilled in mediations and arbitrations. He earned his Juris Doctor at Widener School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is an arbitrator with the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas, a former case editor for Lehigh Law Journal, and serves on the Lehigh Valley Health Network Board of Associates.
Attorney Hicks focuses her practice in general education and special education law.
While still in law school, she was a Judicial Clerk Intern with The Honorable John F. Cherry, Court of Common Pleas in Harrisburg. Most recently, she worked as a litigation associate, presenting on legal topics including medical marijuana and support animals. She earned her Juris Doctor at Widener University Commonwealth School of Law and her undergraduate degree at Shippensburg University. She is an active member of Lehigh County Bar Association where she serves as Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division and the Law Day Committee.
