KingSpry is proud to announce the launch of a new education law podcast. The pilot episode of Legal Lunch Room airs January 11, 2023.
Legal Lunch Room invites education attorneys and school leaders to share how current education law trends and court decisions impact school boards, students and our community.
The first episode features Education attorneys John Freund and Paige Gross and an interview with Bethlehem Area School District Superintendent Dr. Joseph Roy. They will comment on the impact social media plays on student speech, in and out of the classroom.
Season One episodes will cover topics including student speech and social media, employment issues for schools, custody in the classroom, special education and much more.
KingSpry attorneys Richard Campbell, Jr and Jonathan Huerta host the podcast. Campbell focuses his practice in public finance and municipal law. Huerta focuses his practice in education and civil litigation. He is the Chair of the firm’s Local Taxation and Assessment Law Practice Group.
“Podcasts offer a great way to reach and serve our clients in a whole new way,” says KingSpry Managing Partner Jessica Moyer, Executive Producer of Legal Lunch Room. “It is our goal to bring together multiple points of view and experiences, to engage in conversations about the practical implications of school policies and hopefully build better understanding among the members of our community at large.”
