KingSpry congratulates attorneys Rebecca Young, Brian Taylor and Rachel Sokolsky who will be presenting sessions for the 2026 Summer Administrative Workshop (SAW) on June 18 at Northampton Community College.

The Investigation Process
In this workshop. Attorney Brian Taylor will share a comprehensive overview of the investigation process, with an emphasis on those conducted in the environment of educational institutions. He’ll cover Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, Breaches of Policy and Code of Ethics violations, as well as the interplay of various grounds for each. Attendees will learn best practices for the investigation process, including how to make your investigative record Exhibit A in the event of litigation. Attorney Taylor is Chair of the Investigations and Compliance Services Group for KingSpry.

Special Education and Related News
In this workshop, Attorneys Rebecca Young and Rachel Sokolsky will review trends in special education litigation as well as legislative and policy changes.
In addition, they will recap and discuss federal decisions that affect procedures and liability standards under the IDEA and Section 504.

Attorney Young is Chair of the KingSpry Special Education Law Practice Group. Attorney Sokolsky is a member of the Special Education Law Practice Group.
