FreeKingSpry and Greyfriars Institute team up to present an update for school leaders and HR teams on the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Attorneys Keely Jac Collins and Avery Smith will lead the discussion.
In this interactive session, they will address frequently asked questions including:
- – What can be done about employees overextending their physicians’ certifications?
- – What is our obligation to employees who don’t turn in their FMLA paperwork?
- – What should we do when an employee on FMLA leave is seen vacationing?
