Richard J. Shiroff
Richard J. Shiroff focuses his practice in family and estate law. After forty-eight years in solo practice, Mr. Shiroff now serves of counsel with KingSpry.
Mr. Shiroff manages all aspects of divorce proceedings, including alimony, child support, custody arrangements, and asset distribution. He also regularly handles adoptions, paternity actions, domestic violence matters and premarital agreements.
Originally from Philadelphia, Mr. Shiroff began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard D. Grifo, Judge, Court of Common Pleas and served as an Assistant District Attorney and Assistant Public Defender. He is a former solicitor for the Easton Zoning Board, served on the board of the Twin Rivers Bank through the 1990s, and was the Chair of the Northampton County Election Commission in 1998.
Attorney Shiroff earned his Juris Doctor at Temple University and his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University where he graduated cum laude. He is A-V rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
