Attorney Tolliver-Duran focuses her practice in the areas of litigation, business law and affordable housing law. Ms. Tolliver-Duran is also an adjunct professor of Civil Law and Litigation Practices as well as Human Rights Law at Rowan University.
Deeply committed to the community, Ms. Tolliver-Duran is a mentor with Generation Next. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of PA and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Tolliver-Duran received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rowan University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.
