Taisha K. Tolliver-Duran

Taisha K. Tolliver-Duran is a partner with the firm where she focuses her legal practice on business, real estate, unemployment and workers’ compensation as well as education and employment law matters.

Ms. Tolliver-Duran understands the significance of counseling her clients on how to most effectively minimize legal risk and exposure.  She serves as a trusted advisor to her clients while ensuring to meet all needs and expectations.  She takes great pride in learning her client’s individual and business objectives and uses this knowledge to develop effective strategies to solve their legal challenges.

Her professionalism and devotion to her practice has earned her various recognitions throughout her legal career. Specifically, Ms. Tolliver-Duran has been named as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, “Rising Star” (2021-2025) and a New Jersey Super Lawyer, “Rising Star” (2017-2020).  Ms. Tolliver-Duran is also named in the National Black Lawyers Top 100 and has been recognized as a “Woman of Influence” and a “Forty Under 40” honoree by Lehigh Valley Business.

Ms. Tolliver-Duran is strongly dedicated to serving her community, with a particular interest in organizations involving youth development.  She serves as a mentor with Generation Next, a college readiness program aimed towards providing underprivileged and underrepresented students with equal access to educational opportunities.  Additionally, Ms. Tolliver-Duran serves as a Teacher’s Aide in the children’s ministry of her local assembly, Revolution Church.  Her commitment to her community is further exemplified through her work as an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University and as a board member of Bloom for Women.

Ms. Tolliver-Duran earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Rowan University.  She is admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
