KingSpry partner Rebecca Young will present “Tuition Reimbursement: Pitfalls and Recent Case Reviews” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) Exceptional Children Conference on October 14, 2022.
The course will review the statutory framework surrounding tuition reimbursement claims and summarize foundational case law governing them.
In addition, she will review ODR decisions in order to identify trends in recent Pennsylvania matters.
