KingSpry proudly congratulates our partner Jonathan M. Huerta who has been invited to present at the Pennsylvania School Board Association (PSBA) Summer Symposium on July 13-14, 2023.
Huerta will be discussing tax exemption and property tax issues, including the recent case, GM Berkshire Hills LLC v. Berks Cnty. Bd. of Assessment. The event will be held at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center in State College.
Huerta concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and education law. He is chair of the firm’s Local Tax and Assessment Appeals Group and is currently serving as a board member of PSBA. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin.
He has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star, a Future Leader of the Lehigh Valley by the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Excellence in Business Awards, and most recently, was named the GLVCC’s LGBTQ Business Council Ally of the Year.
