KingSpry is proud to announce that the firm has been named a Top Workplace for 2024 by the Morning Call.
KingSpry was among the top small businesses for a seventh straight year. The list was published in the March 28, 2024 edition.
“I am incredibly proud of our employees and what we accomplish together, so it is gratifying to see that our efforts to promote culture, collaboration and teamwork throughout our organization have again been recognized,” said Managing Partner Jessica Moyer.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered anonymously through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.
Survey participants were asked to share their opinions concerning company leadership, values, direction, communication, meaningfulness and benefits. KingSpry was the only law firm among the thirty-one Lehigh Valley companies who earned a spot on the 2024 list.
