KingSpry congratulates employment attorney Elizabeth M. Kelly who will present at the SHRM-LV Annual Conference on October 8-9, 2024.
Attorney Kelly will discuss the “Top Ten Things That Happened in Employment Law This Year” at the conference, which will be held at ArtsQuest in Bethlehem, PA.
In this breakout session, Attorney Kelly will offer participants a legal update on labor and employment issues, trending topics and case law.
Ms. Kelly is senior counsel with the employment, education and municipal law departments of the KingSpry law firm. Her practice includes handling matters involving labor-management relations, litigation of employment and civil rights matters involving discrimination and harassment, advising clients in matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation laws, and assisting employers with workplace trainings.
She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Public Employee Retirement Systems and an active member of SHRM.
