KingSpry attorney Elizabeth Kelly will present at the 2025 SHRM Lehigh Valley Conference on October 7 and 8 at ArtsQuest in Bethlehem, PA.
Ms. Kelly is part of a panel of employment attorneys who will discuss “2026 Predictions: The Legislative Impact on HR and the Workplace.”
Serving as Senior Counsel with the employment, education and municipal law practice groups at KingSpry, Ms. Kelly handles labor-management relations, litigation of employment and civil rights matters involving discrimination and harassment, advises clients in matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation laws, and assisting employers with workplace trainings.
