KingSpry law firm partner Dorota Gasienica-Kozak has been invited to lead a virtual live workshop for members of the Pennsylvania Bar Association on February 7, 2023.
The course, “Adoption & Family Building – Overview, Updates and Best Practices in 2023,” provides a comprehensive overview of adoption and pre-planning legal procedures when representing adoptive parents, birth parents or foster to adopt, and relevant cutting-edge issues, such as the impact of the Dobbs decision.
Mrs. Kozak is chair of KingSpry’s Adoption/Assisted Reproductive Technology practice section, focusing her practice in adoption, ART, family and estate law.
Mrs. Kozak is the Chair of the Board of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley. Previously, she served as Chair of the Board of Governors for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. She was an Athena Award Recipient in 2022, a Girl Scouts Take the Lead honoree in 2018, and in 2016, she was named a Woman of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business.
