Join us on December 8, 2022 when KingSpry’s Education Law Practice Group presents a look at sexual harassment in the workplace.
Education attorney Laura Attieh will lead the session for school employers. Topics include:
- Definition of “sexual harassment” under Title VII
- Tangible employment actions for violations
- Employer liability in these instances
Attendees may choose to attend live in Greyfriars Conference Center or online via Zoom. In person attendees are eligible to earn 1 CLE credit.
