School leaders are invited to join us for a webinar training on student speech and the First Amendment, part of our 2025-2026 KingSpry Lunch and Learn season.
In a session led by Education Chair Emeritus John Freund and litigator Shorav Kaushik, we will explore the boundaries of student speech rights under the First Amendment, including on-campus, off-campus, and online expression. This session will review key cases and provide guidance on policy enforcement and responding to controversial speech or conduct.
Webinar is free of charge for clients and friends and will be held via Zoom. Registration is required.
