Attorney Gina Salash will present “Grandparents’ Rights.”
Crafted for attorneys and legal professionals serving family law clients, this class will be held live in our Greyfriars Conference Center. This course examines the legal framework governing grandparent rights in family law, including visitation, custody, and standing to sue, with attention to constitutional limits and Pennsylvania variations. We will analyze statutes and case law to understand when and how courts balance parental rights with the best interests of the child.
The course is free of charge, however, space is limited and registration is required by emailing kriess@kingspry.com.
