Terence L. Faul
For over 35 years, Terence Faul has been involved in all phases of a business practice. This includes the formation of business entities including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, or joint ventures and the associated operating agreements, shareholders agreements, and buy-sell agreements that are so critical at the outset of a business. He navigates his clients through acquisitions and start-ups, financing, licensing, contractor and employment issues, and the multiple contract issues that businesses face on a daily basis.
His real estate practice is concentrated in commercial transactions and real estate development issues, but he frequently represents buyers and sellers in residential transactions. He also presents at various real estate seminars for both realtors and attorneys on a range of related topics.
Mr. Faul represents businesses that range from those that are national in scope, such as BioSpectra, Inc., Isolantite Manufacturing, Inc., and Hovus, Inc., to those with a more regional focus, such as Tolino’s Fuel Service and Exigo Manufacturing, and those with a local focus including retailers, restaurants, and medical, veterinary, and other professional practices.
Mr. Faul serves as Solicitor to the Bethlehem Public Library, and as Solicitor to the Pen Argyl Municipal Authority, a position that he has held for more than 30 years.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University.
