Nikolaus A. Baikow

Nikolaus A. Baikow focuses his practice on family law, adoption and Title IX matters.

Attorney Baikow represents clients in divorce, custody, guardianship and Protection From Abuse proceedings and serves as a Title IX investigator.

Before joining the firm, Attorney Baikow managed a private law practice where he developed a reputation for effective advocacy and courtroom skill. He has presented at education law conferences and contributes regularly to continuing legal education in his areas of focus.

He is a member of the Northampton County Bar Association and Lehigh County Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Committee. He serves on the Board of Director for Family Promise of the Poconos, and is an arbitrator for civil cases in Northampton County.

Attorney Baikow earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was recognized for excellence in First Amendment and constitutional law.
