Nikolaus A. Baikow

Nikolaus A. Baikow focuses his practice in special education law.

Prior to joining KingSpry, he was a trial attorney for nearly ten years in the Lehigh Valley through his solo practice and with North Penn Legal Services.  He has represented clients in litigation matters such as personal injury, disability discrimination, and family law.  As an associate with KingSpry, he represents school districts in special education due process claims.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Education Law Section.

A native of the Lehigh Valley, he enjoys his involvement with the Bar Association of Lehigh County and Northampton County Bar Association. He also serves as an arbitrator for civil cases in Northampton County.

Attorney Baikow earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh with an emphasis on litigation. He graduated with Distinction from Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, with a degree in Political Science.
