Kevin R. Brinker

Kevin Brinker focuses his practice in municipal, public finance and real estate law.

As a municipal and public finance attorney, Attorney Brinker handles complex legal and financial challenges for municipalities and school districts. Ranging from drafting ordinances and resolutions to contract review, he provides his clients with trusted, common sense legal counsel to ensure effective governance. Attorney Brinker is passionate about working with local government because it gives him an opportunity to assist elected and appointed decisionmakers with services and knowledge to handle the inner workings of state and federal law.

Prior to joining KingSpry, Attorney Brinker gained experience as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Caffrey, Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas and the Honorable William T. Tully, Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, as well as a legal internship in the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office.

Attorney Brinker earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School where he graduated cum laude, was the Internal Managing Editor of Widener Commonwealth Law Review, and earned the CALI Award for Legal Methods II. He graduated cum laude from King’s College with a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science.
