Karley Biggs Sebia

A partner at KingSpry, Karley Biggs Sebia serves as a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals in business and real estate matters and is Chair of the Healthcare Professional Legal Services Group.

Karley counsels large and small businesses on legal issues, including governance and formation, contract negotiation and management, human resources, risk management, corporate policy, compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, and sales and acquisitions.  Her clients are in a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, retail, real estate, and other service professions.

Karley provides comprehensive legal services to assist clients in every stage of a real estate transaction, representing developers, businesses, non-profit organizations, public entities, and individuals.  She negotiates and prepares purchase and sales agreements and assists buyers in conducting due diligence including review of title, leases, environmental issues, and zoning and permits.  As a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania, Karley is uniquely positioned to address and resolve legal issues that may arise during a real estate transaction or refinance.

She also represents landlords and tenants in commercial and residential leasing matters and regularly represents housing authorities and affordable housing providers.

Prior to joining KingSpry in 2010, Karley was a law clerk for the Honorable Stephen G. Baratta of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County. She was honored as a “Rising Star” by Pennsylvania Super Lawyer magazine and “40 Under Forty” by Lehigh Valley Business.

A lifelong resident of Bethlehem, Karley is proud to practice in and serve the community where she was raised.  Karley graduated from Moravian Academy.  She earned a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Franklin & Marshall College, where she was captain of the Women’s Squash Team.  She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
