Joseph R. Kemmerling

Joseph Kemmerling is an associate attorney with the law firm. An experienced litigator, Mr. Kemmerling enjoys advocating on behalf of his clients in and out of the courtroom.

Mr. Kemmerling focuses his practice in litigation, education and local taxation law. He joined KingSpry after building his practice in a number of prominent local law firms. He has handled cases related to premises liability, landlord/tenant issues, construction, professional liability, and other civil matters.

Deeply committed to helping others, Mr. Kemmerling volunteers with organizations serving the LGBTQ+ Community and is a frequent volunteer with the Bradbury Sullivan LGBT Community Center. As a member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County, Mr. Kemmerling is committed to ensuring that the legal community is inclusive and responsive to the needs of all people in the Lehigh Valley.

Mr. Kemmerling graduated from Arcadia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Legal Studies. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.
