Domenic P. Sbrocchi

Domenic P. Sbrocchi is chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution group and a member of the Education Law Practice Group and the Litigation Practice Group. He currently focuses his practice as an arbitrator and mediator and also in commercial and personal injury litigation from both the plaintiff and defense side.

Mr. Sbrocchi was a part-time Assistant District Attorney in Northampton County from 1979 to 1983. Mr. Sbrocchi’s quasi-judicial experience includes: court appointment as a master, auditor, and arbitrator; service with the American Arbitration Association as an arbitrator; and appointment by agreement of private parties as an arbitrator and a mediator. He is a member of the court-approved Mediation Panel for Monroe County.

He served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable Alfred T. Williams of the Court of Common Pleas of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas prior to entering private practice.

In 2017, he was named to the list of “Select Lawyers” by Lehigh Valley Style Magazine.

Mr. Sbrocchi earned his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law and received his B.S. in Psychology with high distinction from Pennsylvania State University.
