KingSpry is proud to announce that the firm has been named a Top Workplace for 2020 by the Morning Call.
After surveying over a thousand Lehigh Valley employers, 45 companies were selected as Top Workplaces. Participants were asked to share their opinions concerning work experiences, growth opportunities, leadership and office culture.
Companies with the best scores in each category were then ranked, and the winners came together this week in a special ceremony at SteelStacks to celebrate with peers.
KingSpry Managing Partner Kristine Roddick (pictured above with partners Jonathan Huerta, Matthew Tranter and Jessica Moyer) accepted the award on the firm’s behalf.
The small business category consists of employers with between 35 and 124 employees. KingSpry placed 10th out of 25 small businesses in its third straight year in the listings which were published in the Morning Call.
“KingSpry has been recognized as a leader in our profession multiple times,” Roddick said, “but this honor stands out because it highlights the dedication and excellence of our team. “Our most important commodity is our people, so it is gratifying to see that our efforts to nurture our firm culture, to energize and encourage our staff, and to promote collaboration and teamwork throughout our organization has again been recognized.”
