KingSpry is pleased to announce Senior Counsel attorney Brian J. Taylor has been named Chair of the firm’s Investigations and Compliance Services Team.
Mr. Taylor is a certified Title IX investigator through SUNY’s Student Conduct Institute, and regularly conducts internal investigations for clients on Title IX, employment discrimination and workplace disputes including harassment, retaliation and breaches of codes of conduct and other policies.
In addition to investigation services, Mr. Taylor focuses his practice in general education, employment law and litigation, and is a staff member of the Investigation Unit of Princeton University’s Office of the Executive Vice President.
KingSpry’s team of investigators help school districts, intermediate units, charter schools, private schools, institutions of higher education, private employers and non-profit organizations conduct investigations of workplace misconduct.
