KingSpry is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to serve in its bond counsel pool for the Office of General Counsel.
“After a rigorous qualification process, we were fortunate enough to be selected, making KingSpry eligible to perform work for certain agencies including the State Public School Building Authority, the Pennsylvania Economic Development Authority, and the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority,” said firm managing partner and Public Finance Law chair Kevin C. Reid in a memo to the partners. “Essentially, this means KingSpry is eligible to do bond counsel work for the Commonwealth and agencies which are subject to the General Counsel’s authority.”
KingSpry’s Public Finance Law group works with various public entities throughout Pennsylvania on financing structures including long- and short-term fixed and variable rate issues, revenue and credit-enhanced issues, tax-exempt and taxable debt issues, with the goal of providing funding for capital projects and refinancing existing debt.
