KingSpry congratulates partner Jerome B. Frank who was re-appointed solicitor of the Allentown Neighborhood Zone Improvement District Authority (ANIZDA) for a three year term at the Authority’s December 2023 board meeting.
ANIZDA oversees and manages a special district created by state law that is being utilized to encourage development and revitalization in center city Allentown and along the western side of the Lehigh River.
Attorney Frank is a senior partner with KingSpry focusing his practice in business and real estate law. He also serves as solicitor of Lehigh Carbon Community College.
