KingSpry congratulates attorney Kirby Upright, who has been invited to present at the 2024 Elder Law Institute for PBI on July 25 and 26.
Mr. Upright will discuss the Ethics of Elder Care Law.
Attorney Upright is the Chair Emeritus of KingSpry’s Estate Law Practice Group. He is a highly experienced attorney with rich knowledge in his field of estate planning and administration, corporate tax planning and orphans’ court litigation.
Mr. Upright, whose experience ranges from simple wills to the most complicated and sophisticated estate planning situations, graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Akron Law School. He earned a Master of Law degree in Taxation from Temple University School of Law.
Mr. Upright is a Vietnam veteran and a proud member of ACTEC, the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
