KingSpry congratulates attorney Shorav Kaushik who has completed a course in Subdivision & Land Development Review with the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Education Institute.
Planning commissions have a central role to play in the land development process which is an integral part of a community’s comprehensive planning program. This course deals with the work of planning commissions in the subdivision and land development review process—from pre-application meetings through project completion.
Attorney Kaushik focuses his practice in general litigation and education law. He serves on the boards of the Lower Saucon Planning Commission and the Lower Saucon Pension Commission. He is also co-chair of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association Facilities and Construction Committee and a board member for the National Museum of Industrial History.
