Kristine Roddick, former Managing Partner and Special Education Chair, has been named Chair of the firm’s Education Law Practice Group. Attorney Roddick represents education clients on matters including First Amendment issues, student discipline, special education, confidentiality and taxation.
She is a Past President of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors’ Association. She earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law.
Rebecca A. Young has been named Chair of the Special Education Law Practice Group. Attorney Young represents school entities regarding special education, truancy, discipline, enrollment, and Right To Know matters.
She earned her Juris Doctor at Villanova University School of Law.
Paul S. Frank former Business Law Chair, has been named Chair of the firm’s Estate & Trust Law Practice Group. His legal practice includes estate planning and administration, business transactions, nonprofits, real estate, and economic development law.
Attorney Frank earned his Juris Doctor at Widener University School of Law.
Matthew Tranter who was recently named Deputy Managing Partner of the firm, has been named Chair of the Business and Real Estate Law Practice Groups. His practice includes transactions, strategic planning, real estate transactions and development, corporations, banking, regulatory compliance and privacy matters and he serves as solicitor for the Lehigh Valley Economic Investment Corp.
He earned his Juris Doctor at Widener University School of Law.
Jonathan Huerta has been named Chair of the firm’s Local Taxation and Assessment Practice Group. Attorney Huerta counsels his school district clients in all matters from tax assessment appeals to student discipline to complex civil litigation.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law.
Karley Biggs Sebia has been named Chair of the firm’s Healthcare Professionals Legal Services Group. Her legal practice includes business law, real estate law, landlord/tenant and affordable housing matters. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law.
