KingSpry congratulates education attorneys Paige Gross and Shorav Kaushik who have been invited to present for the 2024 Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association (PSBSA) School Solicitors Symposium June 25-26 in State College, PA.
They will be looking at the role of a school solicitor in a workshop entitled, “School Solicitors: An Introduction to Education Law and Representing Pennsylvania School Entities.”
This panel will touch upon various areas of law that solicitors face when they
represent school districts and what early-career attorneys can anticipate
regarding the representation of school boards, types of litigation a school
district may face, employment law in the public sector and student discipline
procedures.
Paige Gross is an attorney in KingSpry’s education and family law practice groups. She is a frequent presenter on topics related to her legal practice and has appeared on the podcast, The Legal Lunch Room.
Shorav Kaushik focuses his practice in general litigation and education law.
