Dr. Kathleen Conn, Of Counsel with KingSpry, has been invited to present a webinar for members of the Bar Association of Lehigh County on March 16th.
“Are Pennsylvania’s Ethics Rules Boring? Not Now!” will present an overview of the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct and spotlight the ongoing controversy over Rule 8.4 (g) now on appeal to the Third Circuit Court.
Rule 8.4 (g) makes it professional misconduct for a lawyer to “knowingly manifest bias or prejudice” or engage in “bias, prejudice, harassment or discrimination” on a number of protected (and possibly unprotected) categories.
Participants will be eligible for CLE credit.
