KingSpry attorney Jessica Moyer was featured on a recent episode of The American Law Journal entitled, “Pronoun Wars: The Law and Transgender in America.”
Ms. Moyer is a partner with KingSpry who concentrates her LGBT-friendly legal practice in family and education law.
Ms. Moyer counsels educational institutions on questions relating to LGBT student rights, she has often presented on legal issues relating to transgender students, and she was invited to speak on related issues last Spring at Lehigh University’s LGBT Colloquium. She also contributed a chapter to the PBI publication, “Representing LGBT’s in Pennsylvania,” now in its 3rd edition.
