Paralegal 

KingSpry Law Offices, an award-winning workplace, is seeking to fill a full-time paralegal position. In addition to being an equal opportunity employer, KingSpry offers a competitive salary, strong benefit package, paid time off and hybrid work schedule.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter who is able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. The Paralegal must work independently, and as part of a team, and be able to effectively manage and oversee a large case load.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Client file management

Paralegal position requires daily client and court contact, scheduling, and document preparation.

Associate Attorneys

KingSpry, an equal opportunity Lehigh Valley law firm, seeks full-time Associate Attorneys with a minimum of two (2) years’ litigation experience.  Candidates must be capable of working independently, be a self-starter, have strong resolution facilitation skills, and work effectively with clients and others in the firm. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented and highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

Duties include but are not limited to: Provide analysis of legal issues; conduct and oversee research into a variety of legal issues; write, edit, and finalize reports, opinions, correspondence, pleadings, motions and other documents; advise clients and/or partners about legal issues in assigned areas; represent firm clients as assigned; supervise staff in accordance with firm policies and the Rules of Professional Conduct; incorporate client information into case management system; reliably meet deadlines imposed by partners, courts, and clients; retention of existing clients and actively marketing to attract new clients; and perform any and all other duties as may reasonably be assigned from time to time.
