Legal Assistant (Litigation Law Department)
KingSpry, an equal opportunity regional law firm, seeks an experienced Legal Assistant for our Litigation Law Department. Candidate must know how to transcribe and be familiar with how to electronically file in the state and federal courts. Knowledge of legal research is a plus but not a requirement. Typical duties include providing administrative assistance, such as proofreading and editing emails, letters, briefs, and motions/petitions. In addition, candidate needs to be able to maintain comprehensive and accurate legal files; schedule meetings, court dates and other appointments; answer incoming calls; manage the attorney’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to: Word, Outlook and Excel. Applicant needs to have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and phone skills; be a self-starter and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines; be able to work independently and as part of the team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time (in office each day 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.)

KingSpry seeks a full-time Employment Labor Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience. Candidate should have a strong employment litigation background, be capable of working independently, be a self-starter, have strong resolution facilitation skills and work effectively with clients and others in the firm. Experience in public-sector bargaining, to include negotiating CBAs and conducting fact-findings, arbitrations, mediations, and representing all or any of the following public bodies or their employees – schools, police, and municipalities are a plus but not a requirement. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented and highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
