Associate Attorney

Candidate should have a strong transactional background, be capable of working independently, be a self-starter, have strong negotiation skills and work effectively with clients and others in the firm. Real Estate Paralegal

KingSpry, an equal opportunity regional law firm, seeks a full-time paralegal. This position will have a primary focus in our Real Estate practice group and other paralegal duties for additional practice groups.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to: Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with all aspects real estate transactions.
  • Must have experience with use of SoftPro or comparable real estate closing software.

The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and phone skills. Be a self-starter and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Be able to work independently and as part of the team in a fast-paced environment. Title agent knowledge/skills are a plus.

Position provides paralegal and administrative support for the real estate team, including 3 attorneys; client and vendor contact; scheduling, document preparation, post-closing documentation and additional paralegal duties in other areas of law.

Employment Labor Attorney

KingSpry seeks a full-time Employment Labor Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience. Candidate should have a strong employment litigation background, be capable of working independently, be a self-starter, have strong resolution facilitation skills and work effectively with clients and others in the firm. Experience in public-sector bargaining, to include negotiating CBAs and conducting fact-findings, arbitrations, mediations, and representing all or any of the following public bodies or their employees – schools, police, and municipalities are a plus but not a requirement. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented and highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
