In this session, you will learn from a lawyer how to properly implement and document employee discipline so that your policies, processes, and records can be useful evidence in a court or agency proceeding. There will be an opportunity to practice and get an attorney’s feedback on best practices in issue spotting and record-keeping to manage legal risk.
