Dr. Kathleen ConnIn this presentation designed for K-12 administrators and HR departments as well as higher education administrators, Dr. Kathleen Conn, of counsel, will review the conflicting decisions in the Courts of Appeals and explain the ramifications of whatever the Court decides.
