As Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana Law is starting to be implemented and dispensaries for this new drug will be opening in the near future, medical marijuana questions are likely coming to a school building near you.
Education attorney Tim Gilsbach will discuss the current status of the law and regulations on the use of medical marijuana in schools in Pennsylvania, how federal law has shifted on this issue under the new administration, and what schools should do in addressing the issue of medical marijuana with respect to employees and students.
