Livestreaming can be a fantastic way to get your school’s message out there, and to make school programs like football games and graduation ceremonies accessible to those who may not otherwise be able to attend. But schools need to be sure they are taking the proper legal precautions before streaming their content to the world.
In this workshop, we’ll discuss how a little careful pre-planning on topics like securing copyright permissions, ADA accessibility, PIAA rights, delay time and careful livestreaming platform selection can go a long way to ensure a successful, and litigation-free, experience.
