School leaders are invited to join us for a webinar training on Special Education Dispute Resolution, part of our 2026-2027 KingSpry Lunch and Learn season.
Building on foundational IEP knowledge, OCR statistics and financial implications, this session will delve into higher‑risk special education issues frequently leading to litigation. Topics will include compensatory education claims, manifestation determinations, independent educational evaluations, and discipline of students with disabilities. We will also address transition planning and post‑secondary considerations.
