As education budgets shrink, grant writing is more important than ever. The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) will challenge school districts to provide innovative learning experiences for all students who will ultimately compete in a global economy. This workshop will help education leaders and administrators get started, locate available grants, sell the idea, write the proposal and budget, and recruit supporters. Participants will have the opportunity to network with colleagues to hone skills, and leave with the confidence to write a successful proposal.
