KingSpry and Greyfriars Institute are teaming up to provide a webinar to address the process of conducting investigations in the school environment.

With an eye on good training, good procedures, and legal defensibility for school entities in Pennsylvania, our attorney presenters will discuss:

  • – The Information Chain: how to discover, document and protect the evidence
  • – What do FERPA and the Right to Know Law say, and how to comply with those laws throughout the investigative process
  • – Following Up: how to summarize investigation results, properly keep records, and execute the consequences
