Matthew T. Tranter

Matthew T. Tranter is the Deputy Managing Partner of KingSpry and chair of the firm’s Business and Real Estate Law Practice Groups.

Attorney Tranter represents clients in business transactions, strategic planning, real estate transactions and development, corporations, banking, regulatory compliance and privacy matters. He serves as solicitor for the Lehigh Valley Economic Investment Corp. and is also a member of the firm’s Executive and Facilities Committees.

He began his legal career as an associate with the Law Offices of John Stover, then served as Associate Counsel for T.H. Properties. Before joining KingSpry, he worked with the law firm of Maloney, Danyi, O’Donnell and Tranter, where he represented entities and individuals on a wide array of business and real estate transactions.

Mr. Tranter earned his Juris Doctor at Widener University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
