Scott J. Gaugler

Scott J. Gaugler is an attorney with KingSpry, focusing his practice in the areas of special education and education law.

A graduate of Parkland High School, Mr. Gaugler returned to the Lehigh Valley after a distinguished career in the Civil Division of the Franklin County (Ohio) Prosecutor’s Office where he focused primarily on labor and employment law representing county agencies and boards.

In addition, as part of the Criminal Division, he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases on behalf of the State of Ohio. Prior to law school, Mr. Gaugler was a juvenile probation officer for the Franklin County Probation Department in Chambersburg, PA.

Mr. Gaugler received his B.S. in Pre-Law and Criminal Justice from West Liberty University, his Masters of Science in Criminal Justice from Marshall University, a certificate in Human Resources Management from York College, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School.
