KingSpry Deputy Managing Partner Matthew Tranter Named to LVB Power List for Law

Posted on June 16th, 2025

A bald man wearing a gray suit, light blue shirt, and patterned red tie stands indoors. He is smiling slightly, with a background featuring wooden panels and a softly lit interior.

KingSpry congratulates Deputy Managing Partner Matthew Tranter who has been named to the 2025 Lehigh Valley Business Power List for Law.

The list appears in the print and digital versions of the June 16 edition of LVB and includes Greater Lehigh Valley area attorneys who have impacted the region with their work and are considered powerful players in their given space.

“Rising to meet the unique challenges of each client is both our responsibility and our greatest opportunity,” Tranter notes when asked about recent accomplishments for the firm and what is coming next for the legal profession.

“Over the past year, we have embraced transformational growth—modernizing our technology, merging with a like-minded local firm, welcoming exceptional new talent, and adding a second office to expand service to clients and community. Looking ahead, our ambition is to build on that momentum with intention: to shape the future of our firm by investing in innovation, cultivate the next generation of legal leaders, and steadfastly deliver meaningful impact for those we serve.”

Attorney Tranter serves as chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Law Practice Groups. He represents clients in business transactions, strategic planning, real estate transactions and development, corporations, banking, regulatory compliance and privacy matters. He is a member of the board of the Friends of Levitt Pavilion and is the chair of the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Bethlehem.

Mr. Tranter earned his Juris Doctor at Widener University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
